1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 24
Modification of provisions of Act applied by section 237
24. Rule 83 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by inserting after paragraph
(a) the following paragraph:
"(aa) section 112 is omitted;".
