1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 21

21. Rule 69 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Notice of removal of trustee

"69. Where a trustee is removed from office by the Court, the Registrar shall
at once give notice of the removal to the Official Receiver.".
