1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 15
Variation of order of discharge
15. Rule 56 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) "and"; and
(b) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
"(b) where the trustee is a registered trustee-the Official Receiver; and".
