1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 14
Notice of opposition to discharge
14. Rule 55 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following paragraph:
"(b) cause one copy of the notice to be served on each of the bankrupt and the
trustee and, where the trustee is a registered trustee, on the Official
Receiver.".
