1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 10

10. Rule 50 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting from subrule (2)
all the words after "bankrupt" and substituting "shall serve a copy of the
withdrawal, signed and stamped by the Registrar, on:

   (a)  where the trustee is a registered trustee-the Official Receiver;

   (b)  the trustee; and

   (c)  the bankrupt.".
