1986 No. 96 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 18
Schedule 1-Form 30
18. Schedule 1 to the Bankruptcy Rules is further amended by inserting after
paragraph (b) in Form 30 the following paragraph:
"(ba) controlling trustee in relation to a debtor whose property is subject to
control under Division 2 of Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966;".
