1986 No. 95 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 9

9. After rule 63 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted:
Triennial statements by registered trustee

"63A. (1) A statement required for the purposes of section 161A of the Act
shall be in accordance with Form 31A.

"(2) For the purposes of section 161A of the Act, the information prescribed
is the information required by Form 31A.".
