1986 No. 95 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 7
Bonds
7. Rule 61 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-rule (1) "155 (2)" and substituting "155 (3a)";
(b) by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) "prescribed" after "amount"; and
(c) by omitting from sub-rule (2) "155 (2)" and substituting "155 (3a)".
