The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholding) Regulations is amended by adding at
the end the following item: "6 Standard Chartered Bank
     Australia Limited                   Standard Chartered Bank, being the

corporation formed or incorporated
under that name in the United Kingdom
Standard Chartered Investments Pty.
Limited
Standard Chartered PLC, being the
corporation formed or incorporated
under that name in the United
Kingdom.".
