1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6. Rule 22 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) "and"; and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (1) (c) the following paragraph:



"(ca) where an instrument under sub-section 156A (1) of the Act has been
filed-that, so far as the Registrar is aware, the consent of the trustee has
not been revoked; and".
