1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 34

34. (1) Rule 182 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-rules (1)
and (1A) and substituting the following sub-rule:



"(1) The fees specified in Schedule 6 are payable to the Official Trustee in
respect of the matters in relation to which they are so specified.".

(2) Notwithstanding the amendments of rule 182 of the Bankruptcy Rules made by
sub-rule (1), the provisions of that rule, as in force immediately before the
date of commencement of this rule, continue to apply in relation to the
payment of fees to the Official Receiver in respect of the estate of a person
who became a bankrupt before that date, not being a person of the kind
referred to in paragraph 123 (2) (b) of the Commonwealth Functions (Statutes
Review) Act 1981.
