1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 28
Trustee may appoint person to vote at first meeting of creditors
28. Rule 71 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting "Official
Receiver" (wherever occurring) and substituting "trustee".
