1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 23

Notice of acceptance of office to be given to the Registrar

23. Rule 62 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting "Official Receiver" (wherever occurring) and substituting

"relevant trustee"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-rule:



"(2) In sub-rule (1), 'relevant trustee' has the same meaning as in section
157 of the Act.".
