1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 22
Application for annulment under section 154 or 252A of the Act
22. Rule 57 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting paragraph (2) (a); and
(b) by omitting from sub-rule (3) "the Official Receiver or".
