1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 18

18. Rule 52 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting paragraph (2) (a)
and substituting the following paragraph:



"(a) not less than 28 days before the hearing date of the application, serve
notice of the date, time and place fixed for the hearing on the trustee; and".
