1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 17
Matters prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 149 (10) of the Act
17. Rule 51A of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting from paragraph
(g) "Official Receiver" and substituting "Inspector-General".
