1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

Procedure where examinations under sections 69 and 81 of the Act have been adjourned

12. Rule 33 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a); and
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "that section" and substituting

"section 69".
