1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 8

8. Rule 17 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-rule:

"(3) Where the Court gives a direction under sub-section 50 (1) of the Act,
the applicant shall, as soon as practicable, serve on the Official Trustee a
copy of-

   (a)  the application; and

   (b)  the affidavit in support of the application.".
