1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 73
73. After rule 196 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted:
Certificate under section 260 to be stamped
"196A. A certificate given by the Registrar under sub-section 260 (1) of the
Act shall be stamped by the Registrar.".
