1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 68

Power of the Registrar to summon witnesses 
68. Rule 156 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-rule (2) and
substituting the following sub-rule:

"(2) A summons under sub-rule (1)-

   (a)  shall be in accordance with Form 48; and

   (b)  shall be signed and stamped by the Registrar.".
