Transcript of evidence 
66. Rule 131 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-rule (1) "or a magistrate" after "Registrar";
(b) by inserting in sub-rule (2) "or a magistrate" after "Registrar" (first
occurring); and

   (c)  by omitting sub-rule (3).
