1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 53
53. After rule 80 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted: Form
of deed of assignment
"80A. For the purposes of section 214 of the Act, a deed of assignment shall
be in accordance with Form 36A.".
