5. After rule 14 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted in
Division 2: Notice to sheriff or registrar by creditor for maintenance



"14A. A notice under sub-section 119 (3) or 119 (6) of the Act shall be in
accordance with Form 6A.".
