1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 47

47. After rule 68 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted:
Application for release of Official Trustee

"68A. (1) An application by the Official Trustee under sub-section 184A (2) of
the Act shall be accompanied by a statement setting out details of the
realization and disbursement of the property of the bankrupt and shall be
served on-

   (a)  the bankrupt; and

   (b)  each creditor of the bankrupt whose name and address is known to the
        Trustee.



"(2) The report prepared for the purposes of sub-section 184A (4) of the Act
shall be filed not less than 3 days before the date fixed for the hearing of
the application.".
