1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 45

45. Rule 67 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-rules (1) and
(2) and substituting the following sub-rules:

"(1) An application under sub-section 183 (1) of the Act by a trustee, or
under sub-section 183 (6) of the Act by the person administering the estate of
a deceased trustee, shall be served on-

   (a)  the Official Receiver;

   (b)  the bankrupt; and

   (c)  each creditor of the bankrupt whose name and address are known to the
        trustee or the person administering the estate.



"(2) An application referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by a
statement, in accordance with Form 21, of the realization and distribution of
the estate by the trustee.".
