1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 43

43. Rule 64 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-rule (1) and
substituting the following sub-rule:

"(1) For the purposes of sub-section 162 (2) of the Act, the rate is-

   (a)  if the moneys received by the trustee do not exceed $30,000-10 per
        cent;

   (b)  if the moneys received by the trustee exceed $30,000 but do not exceed
        $50,000-10 per cent in respect of the first $30,000 and 71/2 per cent
        in respect of the balance of those moneys; or

   (c)  if the moneys received by the trustee exceed $50,000-10 percent in
        respect of the first $30,000, 71/2 per cent in respect of the second
        $20,000 and 5 per cent in respect of the balance of those moneys.".
