1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 42
Objection to appointment of trustee of an estate
42. Rule 63 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-rules (2) and (3) "lodged with the Court"
(wherever occurring) and substituting "filed with the Registrar"; and
(b) by omitting from sub-rule (3) "official receiver" and substituting
"Official Receiver".
