1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 41

41. After rule 62 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted:
Certificate of appointment of Trustee



"62A. A certificate of appointment of a trustee issued under sub-section 157
(3) or (8) shall-

   (a)  be in accordance with Form 30A; and

   (b)  be signed and stamped by the Registrar.".
