Copies of petition for service 
4. Rule 13 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (b) of sub-rule (1) "and stamp" after

"sign";

   (b)  by adding at the end of that paragaph "and"; and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (ba) of sub-rule (1).
