1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 34
Notice of opposition to discharge
34. Rule 55 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following paragraph:
"(b) cause a copy of the notice to be served on the bankrupt, the trustee and
the Official Receiver.".
