1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 33
Application to Court for discharge
33. Rule 52 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (ii)
of paragraph (a) of sub-rule (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
"(ii) the Official Receiver; and".
