1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 31

31. Rule 50 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-rule (1) "sub-section 149 (4)" and substituting
        "sub-section 149 (5)"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-rule (2) "to the bankrupt, by pre-paid registered
        post" and substituting ", signed and stamped by the Registrar, to the
        bankrupt, by pre-paid certified mail".
