1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 30

30. Rule 49 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-rule (1) "paragraph 149 (3) (b)" and substituting
        "paragraph 149 (3) (c)"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-rule (2) and substituting the following sub-rules:

"(2) A person who enters an objection to the discharge of a bankrupt shall
cause a copy of the notice and, where the objection is entered by leave of the
Court, a copy of the order granting leave, to be posted, by pre-paid certified
mail, to-

   (a)  the Official Receiver;

   (b)  the trustee; and

   (c)  the bankrupt.



"(3) Where the Court makes an order under sub-section 149 (8) of the Act, the
person on whose application the order is made shall serve a copy of the order
on the bankrupt.".
