1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 29
29. Rule 48 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Notice of final dividend
"48. A notice for the purposes of sub-section 145 (3) of the Act shall be in
accordance with Form 22.".
