1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 26
26. Rule 44 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Notice requiring trustee to apply to Court
"44. A notice under paragraph 133 (4) (b) of the Act shall be in accordance
with Form 19A.".
