24. Rule 39 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Trustee to file list of proofs of debt



"39. A trustee shall, within 14 days after declaring a dividend that is the
first dividend paid in respect of a proof of debt, file a list, in accordance
with Form 17, certified by him, setting out the particulars required by that
form in respect of all proofs of debt received by him, being proofs of debt in
respect of which no previous dividend has been declared.".
