1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 22
Application for approval of composition or scheme
22. Rule 35 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting paragraphs (a) and
(b) of sub-rule (2) and substituting the following paragraphs:
"(a) on the Official Receiver; and
(b) on the trustee.".
