1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 20

20. Rule 32 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-rule (1) "sub-section 69 (1)" and substituting
        "sub-section 69 (3)";

   (b)  by inserting after sub-rule (1) the following sub-rule:

"(1A) A summons issued under sub-rule (1) shall be signed and stamped by the
Registrar."; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-rule (3) "official receiver" and substituting
        "Official Receiver".
