1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 13

13. After rule 24 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rules are inserted:
Registrar's endorsement on debtor's petition to be stamped



"24A. Where the Registrar endorses a petition in pursuance of sub-section 55
(3) of the Act, the Registrar shall stamp the endorsement. Notice by
attachment creditor



"24B. A notice under sub-paragraph 118 (5) (b) (i) or 118 (6) (b) (i) of the
Act shall be in accordance with Form 11A.".
