1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 12

12. Rule 24 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-rules:

"(2) For the purposes of sub-section 56 (3) of the Act, a debtor's petition
against a partnership shall be in accordance with Form 9A.



"(3) For the purposes of sub-section 57 (3) of the Act, a debtor's petition by
joint debtors who are not partners shall be in accordance with Form 9B.".
