1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 11

11. After rule 23 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted in
Division 5: Notice of application to consolidate proceedings

"23A. Where application is made to the Court for an order under sub-section 53
(1) or section 248A of the Act that the Court consolidate proceedings, the
trustee of the estates of the bankrupts or the deceased persons in respect of
which an order for administration has been made under Part XI of the Act shall
give notice of the application to-

   (a)  the bankrupts or the legal personal representatives of the estates of
        the deceased persons, as the case requires;

   (b)  each creditor the name and address of whom is known to the trustee;
        and

   (c)  where the trustee is the trustee of the estates of deceased persons-to
        each beneficiary to whom property has passed.".
