1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 1

1. Rule 4 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by inserting in the definition of "official copy" in sub-rule (1) "and
stamped" after "signed"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-rule (2) the following sub-rule:

"(3) A reference, however expressed, in these Rules to a document being
stamped by the Registrar shall be read as a reference to the document being
stamped with the stamp referred to in section 14A of the Act.".
