1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 34
Order appointing guardian ad litem
34. Rule 191 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-rule:
"(2) An appointment under sub-rule (1) shall be in accordance with Form 58A.".
