1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 20

Modifications of provisions of Act applied by section 248 
20. Rule 90 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting paragraphs (h) and
(j) and substituting the following word and paragraph:

"and

   (h)  section 112 of the Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (2)
        'spouse' and substituting 'widow or widower, as the case may be'.".
