11. After rule 39 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted in
Division 2: Prescribed amount for purposes of paragraph 116 (2) (c) the Act



"39A. For the purposes of paragraph 116 (2) (c) of the Act, $1,000 is
prescribed.".
