1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 10
Application for approval of composition or scheme
10. Rules 35 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-rule:
"(6) Rules 102 to 104 (inclusive) do not apply to or in relation to an
application under sub-section 74 (1) of the Act.".
