1979 No. 157 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 1

Scale of costs 
1. Rule 162 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-rule (2) "$450" and substituting "$540";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-rule (2) "$40" and substituting
        "$48"; and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-rule (2) "$45" and substituting
        "$54".
