1984 No. 111 BANKING (FOREIGN EXCHANGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 40 of the Banking (Foreign Exchange) Regulations is amended by
omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:



"(a) to any Commonwealth officer;

   (b)  to any officer of the Bank or of an agent of the Bank;

   (c)  to any person who is authorized, by a general authority issued under
        regulation 38A, to engage in foreign currency transactions or to any
        director, officer, employee or agent of such a person; or".
