1986 No. 303 BANKING (SAVINGS BANKS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (2) (f) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(f) bills of exchange (other than cheques) drawn by, promissory notes issued
by, and debentures, stock and bonds issued or guaranteed by, an authority (not
being a prescribed bank) of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory;"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (2A).
