AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 321 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001 to replace references to the Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited with reference to the National Stock Exchange Limited, to reflect its recent name change. In addition they include a further two market operators among the prescribed bodies corporate for the purposes of subsection 127(4B).
